Trump might quite possibly pull out of the Paris Agreement, the worldwide plan for taking action against climate change. This agreement is unique because very nearly every country in the world signed it. Only Nicaragua and Syria didn’t. It differs from the Kyoto agreement of 1995 in that only industrialized countries signed that one; the Paris accords were signed by literally the entire world. And Trump wants to pull out of it.
